Products and orders

Please review the product description, selected options, delivery address and order total before placing an order. Provide accurate contact and delivery details so we can process your order.

Prices and payment

Store prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Review the final total and any applicable taxes displayed at checkout before paying. Shipping is free on all orders to destinations available at checkout.

Shipping

Order preparation takes 1–2 business days. Estimated postal transit takes a further 7–10 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates. See our Shipping Policy for the full details and shipping origin.

Returns and refunds

Request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and suitable for resale. Customers pay return shipping when the return is not our responsibility; we pay when it is our responsibility, including incorrect, damaged or defective items. Eligible returns are refunded within 10 calendar days after we receive the returned item, without restocking, processing or other additional refund fees.
