Free shipping

Shipping is free on all orders to destinations available at checkout. No minimum purchase is required.

Order preparation and delivery

We prepare orders within 1–2 business days. Estimated postal transit time is 7–10 business days after dispatch. These are separate periods; delivery is estimated at 8–12 business days in total. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates.

30-day return requests

Request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order by emailing service@reedandform.com. Please include your order number and the item you wish to return.

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale. This condition does not limit your rights when an item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Return shipping costs

If the return is for a reason that is not our responsibility, including a change of mind, you pay the return shipping cost. If we are responsible, including an incorrect, damaged or defective item, we pay the return shipping cost. Contact us so we can arrange the return.

Refunds

We issue the refund for an eligible return within 10 calendar days after we receive the returned item. Refunds go to the original payment method. We charge no restocking fee, processing fee or other additional refund fee.
