Refund policy

30-day return requests

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. Email service@reedandform.com with your order number and the item you wish to return before sending it back.

Item condition

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused and in a condition suitable for resale. This condition does not limit your rights when an item is damaged, defective or incorrect.

Who pays return shipping?

You pay the return shipping cost if the reason for the return is not our responsibility, including a change of mind. We pay the return shipping cost if we are responsible, including when an item is incorrect, damaged or defective. Contact us so we can arrange the return.

Refund timing and fees

We issue the refund for an eligible return to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after we receive the returned item. We charge no restocking fee, processing fee or other additional refund fee.

These terms do not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Return shipping labels

Customers arrange their own return shipping labels. If the return is our responsibility, we cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us before sending the item so we can arrange how the cost is covered.
